Refunds & Cancellations
Our policy aims to be fair to players while maintaining tournament integrity.
1. Cancellations by Participant
- Cancellation requests are accepted up to 24 hours before the event start.
- After this window, fees are non-refundable except for special cases below.
2. Event Changes or Cancellations by Organizer
- If an event is cancelled by Propursuit Gaming, a full refund will be issued.
- If an event is rescheduled, you may choose to transfer your entry or request a refund.
3. Disqualifications
- Disqualifications for rule violations are not eligible for refunds.
4. Technical Issues
- Platform-wide outages or organizer-side issues may qualify for partial or full refunds.
- Player-side connectivity or device issues are not typically refundable.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- In some cases, refunds may be issued as credits for future tournaments.
