Refunds & Cancellations

Our policy aims to be fair to players while maintaining tournament integrity.

1. Cancellations by Participant

• Cancellation requests are accepted up to 24 hours before the event start.
• After this window, fees are non-refundable except for special cases below.

2. Event Changes or Cancellations by Organizer

• If an event is cancelled by Propursuit Gaming, a full refund will be issued.
• If an event is rescheduled, you may choose to transfer your entry or request a refund.

3. Disqualifications

• Disqualifications for rule violations are not eligible for refunds.

4. Technical Issues

• Platform-wide outages or organizer-side issues may qualify for partial or full refunds.
• Player-side connectivity or device issues are not typically refundable.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• In some cases, refunds may be issued as credits for future tournaments.
